We require upfront payments at least 24 hours before any services and ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice, cancellations made thereafter are non-refundable.
No, unfortunately we do not offer pet boarding services.

We will try to contact you first if we suspect your pet needs an urgent vet appointment whilst under our care. We ask all clients to provide us with their pets routine veterinary practice. Further information to be discussed.
